Returns & Exchanges

At Eubizhub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, as long as the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

How to Return

1. Contact us at eubizhub@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.

2. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost, as the company covers all return shipping for items returned under the 14-day right.

3. Ship your item to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, though we will assist in tracking them.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original method of payment. The refund will include the product cost

Partial Refunds

Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
