Returns and Exchanges
At NH Mark we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received it, as long as the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were delivered.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Intimate or hygiene items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Downloadable software products

Certain health and hygiene items

How to return
1. Contact us at support@nhrnark.com with your order number to request a return.

2. We will provide you with a return label free of charge, as the company covers all return shipping for items returned under the 14-day right.

3. Ship your item to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high value items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, but we will assist in tracking them.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method. The refund will include the cost of the product.

Partial Refunds
Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
